Hourly Rate
You can hire Albuquerque Tech by the hour! Hourly rates can be utilized by longtime customers that have monthly maintenance packages with us, as well as new customers that need technical assistance when they’re in a pinch.
$125.00 USD per hour, billed in 30-minute increments
For new customers, there is a 1-hour minimum purchase. This rate is offered Monday- Friday, 9:00AM (MST)- 6:00PM (MST). Work performed outside of these hours are subject to different rates. Unused hours purchased can be used at a later date, as long as it is within 1 calendar year of purchase date.
Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.
